Livingstone Carver, Artist Bio

His gift for bringing forms out of stone wasn’t discovered until the age of 30. Although he never received artistic training, his pieces show dedicated study and command of this artform. He incorporates light, shadow, irony and a playful cleverness in his work. Some pieces lean toward realism, while others are more stylistic.
