Jason Stuempges, Artist Bio

I am photographer from La Crescent, Minnesota. I’ve been living full time in an RV with my partner Hannah for the last five years. In 2024 we bought a small plot of land in La Crescent. The following year, we started to build or home which will feature a gallery/studio for my photography. Construction should be wrapping up by late spring and we can’t wait!

Focussing mostly on landscapes, my work showcases the beauty of La Crosse, WI and the surrounding Driftless Region. I also love to photograph, the north shore of Minnesota, National Parks, and anything else that might catch my eye. To me, landscape photography is so much more than snapping a photo of a pretty place. It’s about slowing down and taking time to fully appreciate the world around us. From the grand scenic, to the small intimate details, the world is full of beauty.
