Ben Richgruber, Artist Bio

My work often explores the flow of hot glass. Using heat, gravity, and a little luck, the glass flows to create unique patterns and designs. Sometimes metal and plaster casting molds are used to create more complex and sculptural forms. Every project teaches me something new, so even if it doesn’t go as planned, it’s still (at least a little bit) successful.
