Georgina Kingsley, Artist Bio

Inspired by nature, color and spirituality Georgina paints with oils. Adding mediums like cold wax, oil pastels and more. Rarely using brushes, instead choosing palette knifes, rollers and other tools to create layers, texture and depth.

– A translation of our emotional and spiritual connectivity to all things.

Georgina’s studio is nestled into the bluff side woodland along the Mississippi Valley. The surrounding landscape acting often as her muse.
Some of her most recent collections being focused on ‘silence and solitude’ and ‘the experience of dancing under the northern lights’.
Paintings are on stretched canvas, cradled wood and paper – each signed, titled and dated on the back.
Born and raised in southern England, Georgina studied at The Bournemouth Arts Institute earning a BA in Fine Art in 2002.
