Joan Finnegan, Artist Bio

I am a painter, exploring a variety of mediums and styles. My art is inspired by the natural world, revealing the softer side of nature. A self described colorist, my work captures the wonder of that fleeting moment and the quality of light as it defines the subject, whether it be landscape, still life or portrait. My style can be characterized as borrowing from the best of Impressionism and realism. My art is represented by juried sales galleries and on line.
