Artist Statement

I am an artist who has a genuine passion for painting with watercolors. I like the adventure this media of watercolor provides, it is an ongoing challenge. My personal goal is to try to paint any subject  having my arsenal of techniques to back me up. I love to create paintings the people can relate or respond to, a scene to remember, a building, flower, a memory in time. I get a great deal of pride and satisfaction to be able to teach people how to paint, and it plays a big part in how I can share my knowledge and introduce the students to this magical, spontaneous media called watercolor!
