Phil Rego, Artist Bio
Phil Rego is a painter and photographer living in southern Minnesota with roots in Northern and Southern Wisconsin. He has a background in graphic arts and commercial photography. From 2008 to 2016 Phil displayed his photography at art shows and in galleries, winning several awards for his work. His natural environment of the rural Midwest and the North woods wilderness has served as his inspiration. In the mid 2000 teens Phil decided to explore and expand his talent by creating paintings that are the culmination of his artistic journey.
