Artist Statement
Tallula Kocian is an 11 year old emerging artist currently residing near Lanesboro. She has explored numerous artistic mediums with a recent focus on Jewelry. Her jewelry is created with a blend of new and recylcled stones, beads and metals. Every pc is created with skill, careful consideration and emotional intention. At a very young age her school art was selected for display at a Nashville Tennessee Museum of Art. For the last 3 years she has explored the world of art thru mentorship with her grandmother, Joan Finnegan. In 2021 she participated in the Bluff Country Studio Art Tour and Lanesboro Area Art Trail as a visiting artist in the Studio of Joan Finnegan ( her grandmother)
She is currently a Juried Gallery artist at Austin Artworks Center.
